Mr. Hou Qinglin, born in April, 1956, at Anren county of Hunan province. He is a member of Chinese Communist Party. He has a doctor’s degree and an academic title of senior-engineer, as well as Graduate student’s teacher of HUT and a part-time teacher for MBA program of Central South University. He graduated from the chemical engineering department, Hunan Engineering Institute in 1982, and got the bachelor’s degree of Engineering. He got his MBA of Central South University in 2002. From 2003 to 2004, he was sent to USA and got MPA, MBA certificate in University of Baltimore. In August, 2004, he got his doctoral degree of Manage Engineering and Science in Central South University. Since August, 2005, he has been enjoyed special allowance of State Department. He had been the vice-magistrate of Hengshan County, Manager’s office director of Zhuzhou Chemical Plant, Director of embranchment factory, vice-president and president of Zhuzhou Chemical Co. LTD, the chairman of the board of trustees of Zhuzhou Chemical Co. LTD; the standing syndic of Hunan Enterpriser committee, the 8th standing syndic of Hunan chemical committee, the vice-president of Chlorine & Alkali industry council, the 7th syndic of China Enterpriser Committee. He also is member of Zhuzhou Writer Association and Zhuzhou Calligrapher Association. He had got the 12th and the 17th “Excellent Enterpriser” awards, and got the “National Cultural Management Enterpriser” prize and the “Chinese Excellence Wises 2005” prize.

Since August, 2006, he has been designated as the general secretary of CCPC of Hunan University of Technology. He had presided several research projects for large state enterprise and got five provincial prizes. Especially, the “ everyone management in institutional”, finished in Jan. 2001, got the second award of the 7th National Enterprise Management Innovation Prize. He owned one national patent, published about 20 academic articles and 3 volumes of essay: “Profound Memory”(铭刻的记忆) , “Get Color and Aroma Arises” (有色自来香) and “Seeing the varieties in USA” (居美见微).
